"The greeting at the front desk from Pat was awesome. He called when our room was ready and gave us a list of places to visit in the area. We really appreciated that. The only things that I didn't like concerned our room. The shower/tub area was moldy and the toilet by the tub had a broken toilet seat. I didn't tell the front desk. "
