"We've stayed at this property a couple of times. The staff are really friendly and very welcoming. The resort has great facilities, plenty to keep everybody occupied (if they want to be). The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Our apartment this time was a little bit tired but for the price, I wasn't overly concerned. We'll definitely return."

"Clean property and very helpful staff. Thank you"

"This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island."

"We stayed in 1 bedroom cottage which was lovely and spacious. As we were there in October cottage was quite chilly at night there are heaters and lots of blankets/throws but just should consider adding robes and slippers."

"The property is a little tired, scratches and marks on walls. Outside landscaping very ordinary. "

"Roomy and clean accommodation within walking distance of heaps of amenities. Quiet location, a great stay"

"Great stay, we loved the property and the area. Spotless villa, had everything we needed for our stay and the host was great. Definitely recommend staying here."

"We spent the weekend in this beautiful apartment and cannot fault it. Just a short walk from the beach and an ice creamery virtually next door, my daughter was incredibly happy. "

"Location was secluded with a spectacular vineyard view, so we tended to see past the stained carpet, and other smaller defects. The wines generally weren't anything memorable, but the pinot menier "Fun Cousin" was fantastic! Didn't eat at the restaurant. Oh, and did I mention that the view over the vines was spectacular?!"

"We had a great stay at Polperro. The villa was beautiful with an amazing view. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this accommodation."

"the house is perfect; the situation is perfect with a 2 minute walk to Smiths Beach; well set up for kids and animal friendly. Cannot wait to get back there"

"The presentation of the property was amazing the supplied breakfast was mind blowing."

"We were very disappointed with our accommodation especially based on the price. The pictures showed it was like a resort, however nothing like it!!’ "

"Liked location, amenities and cleanliness. Property did not have tea towels for cooking and no sheets for bunk beds."
