" The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to the train and bus stations, which made getting around easy. The staff was helpful and courteous throughout our stay. However, there was ongoing construction right next to the hotel, starting as early as 7:30 AM. The noise was very loud and at times felt like explosions—quite unsettling. It’s nice that the property offers a spa area, but it is quite limited in size. The women’s sauna fits only 2–3 people at a time, the swimming pool is small, and the resting area can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Another downside is the lack of dining options during the day. From 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, there are no food or beverage services available—not even coffee—since the lobby area is closed. Overall, the location and staff are strong points, but some aspects of the experience could definitely be improved"

"This hotel is beautiful and clean and situated right at the beginning of the royal gardens, which of course is covered with beautiful flowers. I very much enjoyed sitting on their little 2nd floor balcony to have a glass of wine and people watch. Hotel staff was SO friendly and never seemed bothered by my many tourist-y questions. That’s hard to pull off when you deal with tourists every day!! Last but not least, their breakfast was to die for! Seriously, I took so many pics of it and it had its own social media post bc it was THAT good. Highly recommend."

"The perfect hotel for a short city break to the beautiful city of Oslo! Location: The main sights are all very walkable and the central station is right opposite (with regular and efficient trains to the airport). The hotel itself: the breakfast is OUT OF THIS WORLD and has the most choice I’ve ever seen, there are Rituals toiletries in the room, the beds are really comfy and the overall vibe/ambience of the hotel is just really classy and nice. Highly recommend! "

"This is perfect hotel to stay when visiting Oslo. Next to central station, opera and many sightseeings. When room is available, you can be allowed to check in right away without any additional cost. Breakfast is very delicious with so many choices. Room is very clean and well updated, all staff are friendly, strongly recommended to others."
