"Excellently situated. Our room (420) had a view of both the harbour and the beach. The down side of that was a drill or boat engine started up at 7am, so the windows could do with an extra layer of glazing to keep the noise out! Easy walk to the Swansea Arena. The beds were comfortable and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Excellent power shower. Every member of staff from housekeeping to restaurant/bar to reception was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast, with poached eggs and omelette made to order."

"My room was nice and clean very comfortable recently refurbished but the doors in the hallway needs soft closes putting on them instead of banging shut staff were really good. Food was nice. Good Wi-Fi good phone reception plenty of parking."

The bar was well stocked and the music by the band in the bar was professionally presented and very entertaining. The whole establishment was very clean and the gardens were a credit to them."
