"Lovely large hotel with beautiful grounds, surrounded by coconut trees, the beach cabanas, pool area are nice.
Room is period colonial, it could with upgrading the rooms, the tv was small and not digital so unable to watch any apps of my own and there was only one English language movie channel that wasn’t very clear.

"Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall"
"The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia.

Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach.
We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year.
Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either.
We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not.

"Awesome property! Beautiful grounds. Staff is excellent, courteous and helpful. Onsite owners are a breath of fresh air. Food is high quality and delicious. Have stayed 2 years in a row and will return. The rooms are large and accommodating with private balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool and striking green scenery.
