"Facilities are new, located in a quiet area, great option if you want a quiet vacation away. The bed very was comfy, the outside pool and private pool in the room ate both great! The staff were very nice and helpful and always smiling. The food menu in the restaurant was overall very good. "

"As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough. "

I realise it was a Cretan style building & have no problem with that but a few modern touches and some comfortable loungers etc would be nice.Crete is lovely and the people very friendly so we enjoyed our stay overall just not the hotel."
