"Restaurants and staff were above average. Rooms were NOT. Overly scented with a bad smell. Desperately in need of a complete refresh. Furniture old. Sheets were scratchy. The owner needs to take some profits and refresh the rooms from top to bottom."
"We had read so many wonderful reviews about this hotel and they were not wrong. From the moment you walked in the hotel staff were very helpful and continued to be for the week that we were there. The courtesy bus was great, took us to the station and from there we had our trips to Sorrento, Amalfi and Napoli.
The breakfast was very nice, the views were amazing from the rooftop of the hotel with a glass of morning fizz in hand! The restaurant in the evening in the hotel grounds was faultless,...
"Good hotel for visiting Pompei and the ruins.
A big mall next door is a bonus.
Sara on the desk made me feel very welcome and was great with advice and taxis."
"Very nice hotel, comfortable room but some areas looking like they could use a bit of a spruce up. Restaurant very good which is a bonus because not a great deal of options nearby. Would recommend"
"The location was ideal, train and taxi stand was 20 metres & you can walk there.. The Palazzo Reale was 100 metres walkable distance. Everthing was close, shopping, supermarket and restaurants. Our room was renovated and modern. A full continental style breakfast was included. It’s a convenient and comfortable hotel. Do not expect a Resort, or spa style. Happy with our choice."
"The hotel was all round very good just a little TLC around the rooms needed everything worked and work well. Staff where very helpful and answered all our questions, all round it was a good break and wouldn't hesitate in booking again or recommending to friends.
Thanks for a great few days"
Bagno...
