"It was a clean room, but the staff for night shift at 11 PM were very rude Especially the gentleman working. He was very rude and got upset when my husband spoke to me in Spanish asking me a question I was never greeted into the hotel by them and this was on 5/8/26 and then they were making me use all my credit cards to try and do a deposit because on the pin pad it would say approved but on the computer it was saying denied and then when they were done, they didn’t even explain about the key...

"We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out!
