"This hotel was clean and efficient. The staff was amazing and extermely helpful. With a restaurant in the building as well as a convenience store, we didn't need to go anywhere. The convenient shuttle to and from the Incheon airport was on time, clean and easy to find. We had a great stay at this hotel."

"This was like our third or fourth time at this hotel, but our first in several years. The surrounding area has been developed in a positive way. Our room was fine, but the front desk staff could be more friendly. We had to ask housekeeping to clean the floor, but it was fine. I'd say the biggest complaint I had was lack of bidet, as most other hotels have it. Still, we'll stay here again the next time we hit Incheon."

"It is quite a new building so the rooms are modern and clean. It is close the subway station and it is in a quiet part of songdo. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby and also some bakeries and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk down to the main shopping area and central park or you can take the subway.
