"Alan at the front counter was so nice and friendly as well as all other staff even the bell man and the staff helping us open the connecting door. The hotel i heard is dated but amazingly feels new and clean. Super spacious, infinity pool was huge and no one was swimming there the 4 times we swam! Free breakfast and siu yeh was excellent. The fact that they have a Ipoh coffee machine is just making me want to take another 15 hour flight and 2 hour car ride just to go to the hotel and stay...

"Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall."

"Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel.
