"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en Sardaigne, classé 4 étoiles, mais il ne les mérite malheureusement pas toutes. L’établissement est propre et le personnel est sympathique, ce qui sauve l’expérience, mais plusieurs points nous ont déçus. "This was definitely not 4 stars, it was 3 star’s experience. I had to drag my suitcase in a dirt road for a quarter of a mile as they wouldn’t let me in the resort to drop off my huge suitcase, despite me asking for it and pointing it out. The nature at the facility was really beautiful, the horseback riding was a nice touch. But the facility, restaurants and service were still at 3 star lever and not 4 starts. "
