"This is in a less tourist side of town - gives one a true feel of what and where locals live and do. Still a lot of things to do and see. The hotel is connected to a department store so it’s very convenient for shopping, food selections. The staff are very friendly, helpful and pleasant. There is also an area of complimentary food and drink available for customers. The rooms are big and have comfortable bed. "

"We stayed here for a short layover in Bangkok and I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. They hailed taxis for us, helped guide us, and were super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the room (although we were upgraded because we missed our flight and they couldn't refund us), there is on site laundry, lots of nearby restaurants and a pool (we did not check out the pool but it was quaint and looked nice). I generally liked the area the hotel is in. Some might find it busy but we were able to walk around the neighborhood and check out local restaurants. Definitely recommend and would stay here again if I'm ever in bangkok. "
