"Villaggio classificato 4 stelle, ma a mio avviso gli standard riscontrati sono più vicini a una struttura da 3 stelle, soprattutto considerando il prezzo richiesto.
La struttura è abbastanza datata e avrebbe bisogno di un importante rinnovamento per essere all’altezza della categoria dichiarata. Alcuni servizi e dettagli fanno percepire una differenza tra le aspettative create da un 4 stelle e la realtà trovata sul posto.

"Had to change rooms three times. The first room the AC wasn’t working and the smell was unbearable. The rooms/hotel is old, straight out of the sixties. Don’t respect anything modern, nothing. The bathroom is scary, dark, ok curtains in an old tub with a scary looking metal radiator hanging on the wall. The hotel is overrun by ants everywhere in the rooms, dinning hall areas, bars, beach, etc… the hotel staff are amazing, especially the bar staff. Leonardo, Gaetano are amazing. Unfortunately AI...
"The location was optimal.
The rooms were older and therefore showers were fairly small and old. We had two rooms, in one room the tv didn’t work at all. No towels provided for the pool and shower towels were not aloud to be brought to poolside."
"Excellent locations! Very near train station; a bus stop to go to Valley if the Temple and a 5-min wall to Centro Storico.
Air conditioning was fantastic; appreciated the split units in each room. Apartment was nicely appointed; lacking only a view to the sea.
Our apartment was in a separate building which stopped us from enjoying roof top terrace at the main hotel.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Didn’t have breakfast included in our rate so can’t speak to it."

In camera c’era odore di chiuso. La piscina era molto rumorosa e anche di notte c’era una festa e hanno messo in ordine fino alle 3 di notte. L’ aspetto positivo è la piscina e il rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione decisamente da migliorare. Parcheggio complicato data la zona e la spiaggia di fronte, che è comunque un aspetto positivo."
