"Stayed for one night due to having an early morning flight the next day. Service from the staff was friendly, welcoming. Although this was a 3-star place, for the price paid, the value was more like 4-star. I enjoyed it, convenient and adjacent to Metro."

"We were looking for an inexpensive place near the airport and thought this would be a good choice. Unfortunately, the room smelled like cat urine. I think we were in an older section of the hotel. It looked like mold where the room carpet met the bathroom. There also was no hair dryer."

Compact room was clean, a bit drafty from the Velux window but managed as the weather wasn't too bad. Plenty parking, didn't struggle considering gym/swimming onsite for local residence. Interactions I had with staff was pleasant. Great location and town centre not a far drive away. Park not far a walk away either. Reasonably priced, but doubt I'd stay there again."

"It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour. It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it. "Just a one night stay while visiting old friends. The reception staff were our major interaction with the staff and both Jasmine and Stella were amazing! They were both very helpful and aware of the difficulties imposed by the extreme heat. Many thanks to both of them!"

"It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!"

"It does exactly what it says on the tin. I always stay here during Henley royal regatta. It’s not cheap and this time the room was a bit small, but generally it’s all good. Staff were super nice. For me, a bonus is having Waitrose and another supermarket just a few minutes away. Means I don’t have to buy hotel food."

"Hotel looks very old and dirty. Carpet in the room ugly and extremely dirty. Only beds and towels were proper clean. Horrible shower which flooded all bathroom and thermostatic which was very hard to set up for proper temperature. We spend there only one night in the way to Legoland. Breakfast was good enough. We had all we needed. Good coffee."
