"Stay away from this place. There is absolutely no contact with the hotel of any kind. They will not reply to you by email, or by phone or in any other way. You cannot cancel or modify reservations and Expedia is useless too since they cannot contact the hotel (as do anyone trying to contact them). I am not sure why people even give them one star."

"The property has a lot of good things going on ,from location to palatial design , staff efficient and kind and a wonderful breakfast (including a good assortment of everything :good strong coffee ,fruit plate , yogurt, eggs done your choice , very good croissants ). The drawbacks is maintenance , which seems to be a common problem in Morocco. I would stay there again"

"The location is good, but VERY noisy! There's a round-about just next to the hotel and all you hear is honking ALL night. Even people walking the streets shouting - made it very hard to sleep. The top floor has a bar / restaurant which was convenient but not a lot of variety. The coffee was amazing here. The rooms are neat but dirty... our socks were black with just minutes of walking on the floor. We all were sneezing constantly. The parking garage is convenient with a rental but very small....

"The staff is really helpful even when it was painful to find parking"

"relativement correct. Par contre le petit déjeuner absolument pas la peine d'être pris. L'hotel confortable, personne sympa un peu cher le niveau 4• que j'attendais."
