"The hotel room is very spacious and sparkling clean! We love the view from the onsen and balcony which is exceptionally beautiful. The food and wine served at the French restaurant is of Michelin standard. All staff members are very friendly and polite! We felt pampered during our stay!"

Also the food was incredibly expensive - JPY8,000 for a dinner bento box (looked like something that would cost around jpy 1,500 at any other place). "It is a very lovely, quiet deluxe hotel set back from the street. The service was impeccable, with free shuttles at call to and from the hotel. Remember to book in advance if you are arriving from the train station as this will save you the taxi fare! The rooms are large and the public bath is a treat. Breakfast is lovely - the restaurant faces the gorgeous court yard. "
