Our room was not serviced totally, towels not changed and bed not made. Curtains were broken in places and not hanging properly The location is good, close to hotels and cafe. Washer and dryer in our room was really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful "

"The motel was near to the city centre without being in it. You are withing walking distance to a very good hotel meal. The room was very clean and comfortable. You are able to walk around the gardens near the lake which is opposite to get the traveling aches out of your body."

"Lovely property, renovated (but not "restored") to high standard but modern electricals (great wifi, TV) and kitchen/baths. Spacious home, multiple eating areas, quiet street, and with a terrific host. Maldon is a charming small town and well-located to see the goldfields area. Only downside is there are only a couple of places in the town proper to dine out (Castlemaine is close). But a great place with all creature comforts."
