"Room was clean, staff were friendly & helpful. The food in the Italian restaurant was excellent. However no AirCon in the room meant the stay in the room was hot, humid & uncomfortable. The gym was ok my bugbear is they have a relatively new concept 2 rower that is in awful condition. Lots of dust in the cage, gunk all along the rail & the noisy chain needs a good lub. I mentioned this to staff they promised to attend to it, hope they do as this machine deserves TLC."

"For a hotel that is situated on the main street of Dublin I was surprised on how quiet it was at night. The choice at breakfast is fantastic and should cater for almost everyone's tastes. I happened to be celebrating a special birthday during my stay and on the 'big day' I received a lovely surprise to my room marking the occasion. Although it was small in size I thought the gesture itself was a fantastic personal touch. They didn't have to do it but they did. I found all of the staff I spoke to...
