"Beautiful pool with view. Friendly staff members. Town is walkable but there is also a bus stop nearby that does the uphill drive to the top of town. Maybe not the most suitable for those who have proper mobility concerns for getting into town, but for everyone else the location is great"
"We came to this hotel not really knowing how special it would be. The terrace at anytime is incredible and the only hotel I know of in the old town that has this amazing view. There is a bar onsite for guests especially busy at sunset. The staff gives clear instructions how to get to the parking, which after navigating the narrow streets in the ZTL is right below the hotel. It is a historic hotel and within walking distance of all of historic Siena. Very clean and quiet. Bed was a bit more firm...
"The villa is amazing and the perfect little world in itself. Its closeness to Siena makes it easier to visit the city. The patio is the perfect place to view Siena at sunset. The staff was very courteous and ready to help. This hotel is a gem."
"Just a fantastic place in the most beautiful setting. Medieval historical ambiance with a modern vibe. Pool area - perfect. Breakfast - perfect. Dinner - perfect. Views - incredible! Location - the best in town!"
"We loved staying here. The hotel was full of history and in a beautiful location. The views overlooking the Tuscan hills were spectacular. We loved the quiet location and enjoyed walks on and near the property. Renting a car is a must and was perfect to take day trips to the beautiful historic Tuscan hill towns. The included breakfast was a beautiful spread with so much to choose from. We got quite spoiled between the delicious breakfasts and the dinners at the property restaurant.

"Das Personal war sehr nett und kompetent! Die Sauna und der SPA Bereich sehr schön (inklusive). Die Zimmer sehr modern und schöne große Betten. Frühstück sehr vielfältig. Der Ort war sehr klein."
"The place smelled like mold and mildew, the ceiling has leak stains and bathroom had mold. I couldn’t force myself to stay, was afraid I may get sick. Horrible experience! Ended up booking another hotel and left.
Luca, the guy at the friend desk wouldn’t even give me the manager’s name."
"Great staff, large room. We had trouble with our key not working, air conditioner not working and shower drain clogged but they fixed it promptly. Wonderful location! Close to main square and sites."
