"This hotel was a nice surprise. The rooms were fantastic with a book theme right out of a fairy tale. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was amazing with a great breakfast and they even offer afternoon tea with cake.the location was central near to shops and restaurants."
"Não havia limpeza todos os dias, só na parte da manhã. Limpeza ruim, não deixavam toalhas. Toalhas rasgadas. Não limpavam os copos. Pequeno almoço pobre. Pouquíssimas opções, começava as 7;30. Área suja, sim e muitas opções de refeição. A parte boa é que é perto da universidade, campus 1. Só"
"Hotel with a great view. Rooms were clean. Included breakfast was very good. We did not use the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was very warm and relaxing."
"Great location. Room is very modern with a full kitchen. Comfortable firm mattress. Many restaurants and shopping just steps away on the flatter areas near the river. Bus stop right around the corner that goes to the train station in 10 minutes. Very safe area. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. In the flat part of the city so no hills to climb to get to the property (much of the city is hilly). Daily housekeeping if desired. Bank with ATM right on the corner. Lots of hot water and...
"Really cute guesthouse right on the main pedestrian street. We stayed for the weekend in the Alfazema room, which is the light purple room, and the view was great. Everything was clean, there’s an elevator, and there’s also a rooftop terrace.
The only real downside for us was the noise. It was loud all weekend and people were outside drinking basically through the night. They told us it was a celebratory weekend because of the start of the new academic year, so I’m not sure if that’s normal...
"Precioso lugar para hospedarse. La habitación es muy cómoda y agradable. Desayuno muy bueno. Cenar en el hotel, fue un poco lento pero vale la pena la espera la comida fue riquísima.
Las personas que trabajan son todas muy agradables. La piscina exterior un oasis en el medio de la ciudad. El spa de lujo, piscina, sauna , masajes. Todo el lugar de maravilla. Daba pena irse."
"This is a lovely 4 star hotel. Cv nice indoor and outdoor pool. The staff and v attentive and breakfast are good. Location is knockout. But the food in the restaurant isn’t great. Also if it’s busy you get put in a very sub standard cafe type extension - tables without table clothes and v uncomfortable dining chairs. I would recommend to friends with this one provisor."
