"This is my 10th times visiting Nagoya, I would say the Hotel is one of the best deal I have ever been, not only NGO but maybe the Whole japan (as I am a frequent traveller that visiting different Japan cities per month.) Not a very modern type but great rooms, good facilities, decent location ( like 5-10 mins walk to stations ) but close to 2 most famous Chicken wing restaurants, Kura Sushi, MCD etc, restaurants. Price of a budget/biz hotel, but comfortable bed and big room like a Marriot."

"I upgraded my room when I got there. The room had some wear and tear in it prior to my arrival but it was minimal. Pool facilities regarding the hot tub could be cleaned better so that no grime would show but the PH and acidity levels of the pool were normal and felt great. I liked that the hotel is within walking distance to the subway station and the staff was great! Their breakfast buffet was Snoopy themed! "

"we only stayed one night. nice place, walkable from the major station, very close to convenience store, first floor has nice area to hangout, get a drink. we were 20mins earlier to check in, so we had to wait which was fine. but then we were told it still wasn't ready 1 hr after our check in time, so we had to wait more. but other than that, it is fine. nice view from our floor. "

"Newish hotel in the convenient walkable area. You can walk to Nagoya station- Shinkansen, JR, Kintetsu, Bus to Shirakawa-hi, Takayama or Kanazawa. Room is stylish and has enough electric and usb ( both A and C) outlets close to the bed. My room had a desk, fridge, water boiler, safe. Shower room had a speaker from the TV. "This is an older Hotel that feels like its prime time was in the 1970's and has never left that era and that was perfectly fine by us! This was a great experience we were greeted as we drove up to the property by name as they were waiting for us! The attendant grabbed our bags and lead us to the desk where we checked in and did so in perfect English. We were given our kimonos to wear during our visit which we did.
