Issues: - Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms). - Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping - ANTS! Minibar area and desk was clearly invaded by ants and even after complaining at the front desk, no action was taken / no alternative was offered to us (e.g. another room). "Room was good and nice size. Some noise from the train. Food was ok but not great and at dinner on the salty side. Service in the restaurant was terrible. Everything took forever. One night we had a wine seminar in the hotel (organized by the owner) and we mentioned it twice to the staff but they were still late and we finished 20 minutes after official start. Owner came by at the official starting time asking if we would join. We said yes, of only we could finish the delayed dinner. No...

"Great hotel, room was very modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful Mountain views. Great location, near ski lifts and ski bus across the road. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of options, 6 courses at dinner was excellent. Afternoon snack was delicious too and great for when you come off the slopes. Loved the spa especially the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Dressing gown slippers and towels provided. Will definitely be back. "
