"The staff were incredible! They truly made the experience wonderful. While the location cannot be beat there were several downfalls with the hotel. It does not have AC and we were put on the 7th floor which made it hotter. While keeping the windows in our room helped cool it down, there was a ton of construction going on outside our room at all hours of the night. If you have difficulty sleeping in heat and noise, I’d find a hotel that is more interior or outside of the historic area of cortina."
