"The hotel is in a very central location which is great. Our room, which was in the annexe, was clean but very dated with old furniture. Breakfast was ok. All in all a basic hotel in a central location which is fine if you’re only staying for a few nights."
"The best part was check in with Patrycja - really welcoming and efficient. Everything else needs some help - our room was facing a meeting room and did not have a way to ventilate it, the bathroom needs a refurb and breakfast service is a bit of a disaster. The food is good, but the booking system is not monitored - avoid 9-9:30 breakfast.
Location wise, it’s close to the station and the ferry."

"This is a gorgeous property! We stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding and had a fabulous time. Although our hotel room was in the older wing of the hotel, the room was in outstanding condition and spotless. The staff and the food/beverage options are also great! Highly recommend and feel like this place is a hidden gem given how remote it feels but yet how relatively close it is to CPH."
"Seemed like our room was maybe needing some renovations, the beam in the bathroom had water damage and the shower door could not seal any water on the side. Spa and pool were great, the ambience was perfect. However, they need to fix the handles on the sauna and make the door easier to open. The restaurant was okay, it was a little hard to understand how it worked/see the menu because on the webpage and board menu everything was in Swedish and the links to some things on the website were either...
"Parking was a major problem with little concern or care from staff.
From were clean. It was difficult to maneuver in the bathroom. Even washing your face in the sink required flexibility as the sink was very small."

"I was in a small but very clean room number 262. The big problem with this room was the bar was below it and outside area where people smoked and the smell of smoke drifted in to the room even though the window was closed. I thought the smoking would stop but at 2 AM there were still people down there being loud and smoking combined that with another guest who had a dog that literally never stopped barking until very late in the evening and then started barking again before 7am.
