"Strutrura grande, in buona posizione rispetto al centro del paese.
Camere abbastanza spaziose, bagni nuovi.
Colazione curata soprattutto per le torte.
Personale disponibile ed educato."
"Lovely picturesque location. Worth keeping the window open at night to feel a cool mountain breeze. Staff are very friendly and room was quite clean and functional. The buffet breakfast is amazing, with almost any food item you would ever want. Definitely need to return!"
"Da anni frequento Falkensteiner Carinzia camere pulitissime personale gentile ristorante veramente molto buono curato con i bravissimi cuochi molto preparati

"Absolutely fabulous for families with children of all ages. The area of Nassfeld has the motto “Nice Surprise” and it really was the nicest surprise to find this lovely hotel in this breathtaking part of the world.

Le petit déjeuner était correct."
"The hotel feels somewhat dated and would benefit from renovations. More importantly, there is no air conditioning, and our room was around 25-30°C during our stay in July, which made it very difficult to sleep.
On the positive side, the location is excellent, right in the centre of Kranjska Gora."
"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...
