"Upon checking we were greeted by a lovely lady that gave great instructions on parking and use of the spa. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The thermal spa was very nice as we arrived after 10 pm after a long drive from Sorrento. We were able to relax and enjoy the water until midnight. "Beautiful hotel, big room, clean bathroom, including the bath, best housekeeping ever, the African lady was extremely kind, professional and exceptional cleaning. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, nice view and well located.
Management could be better with customer service, I couldn't figure out if they were happy to help me, but they did help with my requests. Pleasant stay!"
"Great place to stay as a couple and good also if you have kids. Loved the centre pool with spa jets and lying out on the bean bag pillows on the grass. Staff and service was excellent. Air Conditioning was a little lacking and the pillows were a little flat for our liking and only one included for each sleeper. Otherwise very nice stay."

Problema aquí, fue que tuvimos un percance con la renta del auto y no pudimos llevarlo, es carísimo salir de la propiedad a hacía algún pueblo cercano, así que si no llevan carro o mucho dinero, no es recomendable. Por qué tampoco cuentan con restaurante, tendrás que llevar tu comida, solo tienen servicio de desayuno, por lo demás estuvimos muy tranquilos y cómodos"

"O hotel está longe de tudo, é bem Velho, chuveiro não funciona, aquecimento ruim, o quarto 204 fede esgoto, a chave não funciona, só tem uma toalha em um quarto de casal, ficam com o nosso passaporte até o horário da saída e a gente fica sem documento, não tem estacionamento para todos, só tinham 3 vagas no hotel.
