"The conditioning shampoo was not great. It left my hair VERY frizzy. I talked to the front desk, and Alma couldn’t find any small samples of conditioner so she sent someone to buy me conditioner! That is a level of service that is non existent in today’s world. Alma went above and beyond to fix an issue that she didn’t have to. The valet staff was the kindest, the old fashioned at the bar was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the hotel was SUPER clean. 11/10. Highly recommend. Would stay here...

AMAZING BIT OF HISTORY

The bathtub was a garden tub. The cafe on the 1st floor had incredible coffee and muffins AND there's a complimentary coffee station in the lobby if you prefer. The location is AMAZING! SO MANY GOOD FOOD OPTIONS WITHIN A 10 MINUTE WALK AT MOST! Even with paying for the valet I still came out cheaper than staying some else that "included parking." The valet service was lovely and diligent. You are staying downtown so expect to see the homeless. It's sad to see but I was not bothered by anyone. I would totally stay here again."
