"The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I do not feel the hotel offered good value for money. At around £200 per night without breakfast included, I expected more. The lack of on-site parking was disappointing, especially as we had to pay to park around five minutes away and walk in the rain. There was also construction work taking place during our stay, which affected the experience. Another concern was the room carpet, which appeared to have dog...

"Our seaview room was lovely. Everything really clean, decor very nice. Bed was comfy, great shower. Breakfast tasty. Only one gripe...we weren't told by either Expedia or the hotel that our booking included access to the Spa, so we didn't take anything suitable to wear for the sauna/steam room, so we were a bit disappointed with that, but everthing else was great, would definitely stay here again."
