"Our basement room was super modern but quite small. Although large enough for us. The rooftop terrace and restaurant were 1st class. Breakfast was served there and all the staff were fun and helpful. Great location with easy access to the Lungomare and shopping and sights (Riace Bronzes)."

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Checkin was great reception friendly and helpful Room seemed ok at first. Old fashioned but functional. However on going to bed putting the air conditioner on the noise was terrible. Could not get wifi to work tried to call reception the phone did not work. So no sleep no wifi and broken phone. "Each bedroom was unique and quite pleasing. The person at the desk, when we arrived was knowledgeable about good places to eat. Breakfast was adequate, but eggs, ham and cheese were not among the options. The woman in the breakfast room was so friendly."

"This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment.
