"we stayed 3 nights in double deluxe room, parking was good plenty of parking both underground and open paid daily. breakfast was excellant . now they have got coaches in for earlier breakfast and everyone else from 8am. it was much quiter than before stays. however for a non smoking hotel the balcony was shared with everyone else on the floor and they were all smoking out there (ash trays were provided) and the smell came into our room.for non smokers this was very unpleasant. the room did come...

"Hotel was a great place to getaway close to many castles to visit and countryside to take it. The room was set up beautifully and came stocked with snacks and drinks. The hotel restaurant was great we ate there 2 of our 4 nights. The Menu is very accommodating and the staff very friendly and helpful (they have English menus as an option)."

"Very nice old hotel, well maintained, large room, very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was outstanding, much more elaborate than most hotels. Only downsides are no dedicated parking, and no AC. In late September leaving the windows open kept the room comfortable, but diners outside were a little noisy until about 11 pm. Also would recommend the top floor, as the floors creak. Regardless, would definitely stay there again if the outside temps were right. "

"Wild rooms, a bit over the top for me. Our shower did not drain and took to long to get hot had to waste to much water possibly the worst shower ever. Ate at the Restaurant and the food was amazing. "

"Pleased by the condition and cleanliness of room, but tipping the window open (with sheers closed) left me the next day with bites covering my left arm and left side of my face. (Isleep on my right side.) The bites swelled and even eventually turned into bruises. Germany needs window screens, for sure. Only one other problem: finding this place!
