Negative: - Although you pay an extra energy fee, warm water for a shower was not available before 06:30. - Checkout at the evening before leaving took me 20 minutes. That was the time the receptionist needed to print the bill correctly. - Although there is a 24 h service, when leaving early morning, I had to run and search the receptionist to unlock the main entrance. I nearly missed...

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"
