"The room was comfortable and had a great view of the lake. The room lighting was also very good, adjustable to my liking. I didn’t try this but I think you can rent a bike and tour the area at your pace; very convenient and would’ve tried it if I had more time."

"No air conditioning even though they advertise as having A/C. I went down to the front desk after trying to turn it on in my room unsuccessfully and was told that the "owner" had not turned it on yet for the hotel to save cost."

Opportunities - for persons whose first time to Italy, like myself, more information is needed. Had to figure out logistics about the room (how to keep lights on, etc) because none of it was explained. Also there wasn’t a lot of information given about transport as this property is a little far from the train stations or even bus lines....

"Hotel’s staff is very friendly. Buffet breakfast was tasty, they even offered freshly squeezed juice using the choice of your vegetable. Only drawback is the location, but far to walk to the city’s touristy old town, also the hotel is right next to several train tracks. "

"If we could give this property 10 stars, we would! Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect and much more than we were expecting. Our stay was the first at this hotel and our first visit to Italy. We really didn't know what to expect other than what is posted on their website mixed with the on-line reviews we found. No issues or complaints from me and fiance, and we shall make the Hotel Roxy Plaza our go-to for not only our visits but also family and friends that are planning to visit...
