It's clean, comfortable and the staff are very professional. Got a nice bar, and the breakfast is good. I've stayed here 10 times and will definitely return - highly recommended. "

"Check in was terrible. I wandered around in the rain for a while before finding the reception area. Our key was there with a note, but because the note was in German I didn't use Google translate on it till we found our room. Turns out the note could have saved us from wandering through different buildings looking for our room. Now that we're settled, the room is adequate. It is clean and well maintained. We'll be here for 4 nights. Too bad we didn't get a hotel with a kettle so I could make...

"Excellent for a business trip. My only niggle was trying to claim the 5€\night sustainability reward which was a bit confusing for the bar staff……all sorted in the end as the staff were excellent. :-)"

"the receptionist was sullen when checking in. We booked 2 rooms, one of them had a coffee machine and one of them didn't. When we told the reception about this situation, some rooms have it and some don't. It means they don't have standards, but while they're advertising, the coffee machine appears to be in the room, so they're deceiving."

"A very nice breakfast buffet. The shower handle is too easily touched and therefore moved while showering, causing you to find yourself in cold or hot water suddenly. It would be nice of there were some rooms with a double bed (and blankets) instead of just double single beds. I found the blankets a bit small."

The staff were fantastic at sorting out the rooms and the following mornings breakfast arrangements. The rooms were clean and everything was there that should’ve been. The only pair of annoying things that were missing was: 1) coffee & tea making facilities in each room; 2) Air conditioning. "The hotel is one of the best in the area."

"The location is great next to the Starlight Express Theatre which we were visiting. Unfortunately the bar was closed after we’d seen the show although we were able to use the fridge in the lobby. Breakfast was a buffet style and an excellent selection. The room was a good size although the decor was rather dated. Overall we had a good stay."
