"We were given a room with the shortest shower head. Also the pool and hot tub never got hot the whole week so we were not able to use it and we booked this for my husbands birthday and he loves hot tubs so that was a bummer. Also lots of things around the room were falling apart. Even the lamp post on the grounds was rusted away and looked like it could fall any moment. We did love the location though. "I would definitely stay again. Spa was great. Staff and Service were fantastic. Unfortunately, there is no food in the facility and our rooms was very dirty. Coffee cups put away with stains, lipstick on glasses, tables were filthy and sticky under books and magazines, several of the towels were dirty, hair all over both bathroom floors, burnt out light bulbs and NO AC. It was very uncomfortable and hot. If they had a better cleaning crew I would have rated it perfect."
