"Good location and parking. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and comfortable bed. Parking included was a bonus. Nice bar and patio area. Did not use pool as a bit cool air temp. Dafe area."

"Lovely hotel but we were too busy touring to enjoy the hotel's amenities. Would like to have stayed longer. Close to downtown and easily walkable."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Quinta São José do Barrilário in the Douro Valley! The property is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by vineyards with breathtaking views of the valley. The peaceful atmosphere, lovely accommodations, and stunning scenery made our stay feel truly special. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Portugal’s wine country. A memorable experience and a place we would love to return to!"

"We were looking forward to staying at this property but it turned out to be a disappointment. All of the staff is young and lacks professionalism and knowledge. They have a spa and two pools, but at check in the staff does not tell you about any of the amenities. "We want something away from the old town square but easy to walk to. The property is basic but breakfast and staff were excellent. Beds and shower were also very good."
