The guy at the reception was angry every time we approached him even during the check in. The spa center resembleed more lile a sanitarium or an old hospital from the Eastern European block. The breackfast was cooked days ago and served just warmed up including the crepes and omelette, the only good thing were the kind Ukrainian servers at the restaurant "

" Average hotel but no more. Impossible to find parking place. Spa is smallest I've ever seen. They charge 60 leva for 100cl cognac but doesn't evet have glasses. TV on lodge vas troubling and we said several times but nobody even bothered. Only good thing was the restaurant and food was very good. Overall hotel is not worth even 2 stars "

"This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "
