All of the employees from the security people, those who help with luggage and all workers throughout the hotel are kind and friendly. My spa experience was so nice, and the masseuse was wonderful. She was friendly, skilled, and made the experience a better one for me. We love to stay here, and we will return again."
"We had an unfortunate start to our trip where, due to an error between TV and Expedia systems, are bookings were gone, even though we had paid months in advance. The situation was saved by the fast work of Vanit, the manager, who very quickly resolved the matter and provided a welcome upgrade.
