"Excellent location, staff very helpful."

"I’ve really enjoyed the two days I’ve stayed there. Recommend this location,"

"We stayed here in 2024 and how very pleasant time and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. Now we came back in 2026 and the place is filthy and the breakfast buffet at times couldn’t even be eaten because the scrambled eggs were so liquid they looked like a soup."

"To begin at the beginning The hotel was directly next door to building which was being renovated The sound of jack hammers from 9:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday made the room between these hours unusable When approaching the reception staff I was completely dismissed. Expedia’s AI chat bot offered no assistance but to tell me to speak to reception and they had tried to speak to reception but couldn’t get through If a hotel is next door to a building site I think at...

"The staff was not nice I am very disappointed"

"We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful and well located hotel with great service"

"I liked the decor, staff friendly and helpful. The only downside for me was the lack of choice at breakfast. The location was very good and lots if the main sights were within walking distance."

"This is an Ok hotel with a great location. The front desk staff is not friendly. The rooms are big, tv very small, AC ok, but very bad ventilation system in the bathroom. The breakfast was great. The gym is very old , badly maintained and not very clean. We had VIP Expedia Category and nothing was recognized, we didn’t even get a bottle of water. The neighborhood is great."

"Very good service"

"This is an excellent hotel and in a great location in Recoleta. The staff is very friendly and professional. Santiago greeted us and was very helpful getting us settled in. The breakfast is quite adequate with scrambled eggs, sliced meats and cheese, and a large selection of breads, pastries, and fruit. We had a great stay here."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean. However, the building is very old and outdated. Although the air conditioning worked, the unit looked like it was in very poor condition. The bathroom was spacious but also very old-fashioned. There is nothing wrong with staying in an older hotel when you know what to expect. The disappointment comes when the photos do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. Unfortunately, that was our experience, and it...
