Jederzeit gerne wieder."
"The rooms with sea view are absolutely stunning! I totally recommend them for enjoying a glass of madeira wine at sunset.
Great breakfast selections, even though it can get busy at times."
"The staff was very kind and helpful when the address listed on Expedia took us to the back of the hotel instead of the main entrance when checking in at 2am. We ended up finding parking on the street which was less expensive than the hotel parking but had to walk a bit. The room was clean and in a good area, we felt safe at night. It was about a 20 minute drive from the airport. We only stayed for one night and it was good!"
"Good pools with specific areas for children to paddle in as well as play areas. Reccomend requesting a room facing away from the street if you are sensitive to noise from bars."
"Lovely breakfast.
Nice room.
Great pool area.
Overall very good.
For a 4 star hotel, I’d expect some milk to go with the tea and coffee. And a bottle of water to go with the glasses provided. Asked about both and was told neither were included. Disappointing."
"Gorgeous corner room with two balconies and that view of the ocean! Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean spaces. Great breakfast buffet too. And love the Nespresso coffee in the room and the lovely fruit and water welcome gift."
"After moving to an air conditioned room and getting the premium drinks upgrade our stay definitely improved.
The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help you with whatever you ask.
Evenings entertainment showed some great talent, most singers were amazing. Daytime activities were fun but were limited to very few.
System for the shuttle bus to town could be improved as it was a free for all and people had to eventually get back off.
Breakfast and lunch options were good however...
"The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds are very hard and the pillows are not very supportive. The staff are very accommodating trying to get us in early. Thanks for the great stay."
