"The whole experience, from Titon who cleaned our room, to all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. A great mix of pools. Bars & places to eat. We upgraded to all inclusive and enjoyed all the options.
Thank you"
"All in all, a good hotel, although it is located quite far from most of the main tourist attractions. Many boat tours and day trips depart from different harbors, which are usually around 20 minutes away by car, bus, or shuttle.
On our first day, we also noticed that the bathroom countertop was splattered with soap. Additionally, whenever we showered, the entire bathroom floor would get wet, as the drain placement did not seem to align properly with the slope of the shower floor.
Apart from...
"The room was large and looked very clean but there is a musty odour throughout the hotel and the long hallway to get to the elevator appeared poorly maintained as evidenced by the odour and stained ceiling. We found two very large bugs in our room the first night which we reported to cleaning staff but in fairness someone before us might have left the patio door open because my husband didn’t think it was a cockroach.
The walk up to the ferry and the surrounding area is very dangerous, with...
"Good location for visiting Valletta and other places on the island, however it’s very busy and not very picturesque.
Room spacious and clean however it was not what we booked. Paid extra for city view but looked into other room balconies.
Breakfast adequate.
Pool area cramped, too many beds in too small an area. Broken brollies and expensive drinks."
"The public areas of the hotel were clean and tidy but unfortunately the rooms are tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The noise from the air conditioning was appalling. A block of rooms on the lower floor were plagued by a droning noise from air conditioning machinery servicing the whole hotel. Even with the air conditioning off in your room the droning was unbearable, preventing sleep at night. I was moved to a different room but only 4 rooms away and whilst it was slightly better...
"Great location, great staff, they have a rooftop pool, the staff is SO nice and hospitable. I would stay here again and again! I loved it here so much."
"Excellent location and charming boutique hotel
Nice gym and good breakfast included
Had trouble with the bathroom door jamming closed. Comfy bed
Would stay again"
"Terrible customer service, worn-down property, and harassment by staff
The only positive thing about this hotel is its location if you want quick access to local nightlife. Beyond that, my stay was ruined by hostile staff behavior and poor room conditions.
The hotel interior is worn out, featuring noticeable water damage on interior walls, broken lamp fixtures, and bedding/linen that is already old, stained, and frayed. Despite the hotel supplying worn-out linen, I was slapped with an...
