"We stayed here for 4 nights and really liked it. All of the staff were very pleasant, professional, friendly and accommodating. One of the servers at the breakfast buffet even ran down the street to get an avocado for my vegan niece!! The beautiful restaurant is located on the roof top with nice views of the port and nice breezes blowing through, they even have room service!! "It was the best hotel on our island hopping trip to the galapagos. It really deserves the four stars! Our room was impeccable, complete and comfortable breakfast, they have a lounge in the restaurant Bahia Mar that’s not open everyday, it was the only disappointment since there is no service at the lounge, we ended up having dinner at the restaurant beside."
