"The reception and room staff was always nice and helpful. The restaurant staff, however, seemed to always be in a hurry for someone else. Hard to get waited on and then they didn't deliver one of our parties dinner at all. They had to go make it when we got their attention. Did not offer dessert. Some of the wait staff was very cordial but others needed a course in how to work with the public. Food was good!!"

"The hotel was amazing for a solo traveler! It was super trendy and had everything I needed. The staff at the rooftop restaurant can be a little more attentive though, I sat at a table and the staff all stared at me, knew I was there but didn’t come over to bring a menu, ask if I needed anything. A group came in after me and the were acknowledged and received menus right away. Other than that experience everything was amazing and I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Barcelona!"

"We enjoyed our room and stay. We were able to check in early which was very helpful. The room was clean. It was hard to get bedding for the sofa bed, but I'm sure that was because the hotel was sold out the night we stayed. Transportation we booked to transfer us from airport to hotel was excellent. Wish there was more food options for breakfast at the hotel or nearby, but we made do. Easy place to be before a cruise. Worked well for 3 adults. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"1)Certain staff members were extremely helpful such as the bellman and the Terrace cafe staff. 2) Did not find the front desk to be customer friendly. 3) Did not even have a small breakfast selection on the Terrace menu for customers who did not desire the breakfast menu. 4) No complimentary bottled water 5). No wash cloths (face cloths)."
