"Overall the hotel was great. Wonderful location. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious! We were disappointed the Spa was closed, we hadn’t been notified beforehand. Also STK restaurant was closed."

"The hotel lobby is large. Locations was good. Our room had trash in it when we arrived and the shampoo bottles were empty! No pool towels for guests! Plenty of sun beds to use! Went to beach club and restaurant on site they were both very good! Water spots available walking distance! Staff were courteous but not friendly! You could easily hear people talk in adjacent rooms so if you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue. I still think the hotel was nice and would stay again!"

"My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. "Cannot fault this place, the apartment was absolutely stunning and such a great space for a reasonable price considering the location. Staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Location is absolutely spot on. The photos don't do the rooms justice to be honest, we had a terrace suite and the space was excellent. The fact that it's spread over a few floors made it feel so much bigger. Would 1000% return again."
