At the time we checked in, very pleasant gentleman greeted us and went above and beyond to provide us with information and to accommodate us with best option for our big family with small children. "Hotel is practical for business travellers - no significant sights so if you are a tourist you will find more charming places in the hills near Piacenza. I was to late in arrival to try their evening restaurant. It looks more like a breakfast restaurant ie not particularly “cosy” My room was well clean-keep in mind hotels cleanliness is generally very good in Italy. If not, they loose clients and ultimately close. "
