Lunch and dinner was good but expensive.
It was noisy at night. Guests laughing speaking loudly, doors opening and closing late, and planes flying very low. Had to wear ear plugs to drown out most of the noise.
The grounds were beautiful and the animals were beautiful and entertaining."

"This place is so beautiful the pictures can’t capture all of its beauty. The charm, style and architecture is luxurious and unique. All of the staff were friendly, patient and helpful with arranging tours and transportation. They cooked breakfast every morning which was tasty and convenient. The location is a short walk from the basilica and red tour bus stop which made it easy to visit tourist attractions in the area. This was truly a home away from home and I enjoyed every moment of it!"

"The title suggests a hotel. It is not. It is a single rental in a residential apartment. That means no staff except an over-worked and confused front desk guard. And you make all the residents uncomfortable. I sometimes do stay in such arrangements buildings. This time I was exhausted and wanted a hotel and found myself dealing with a blizzard of weird rules and a confusing separate check in system. Room itself is a little depressing, but the rooftop is nice. The spa facilities are nice but time...
"Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel. "
"I personly didnt like the idea of stairs in the room. It is too much to climb the stairs everytime you want to use the bathroom. There is no fridge in the room and the doors were too slim."
