My only quibble is the size of the room - it’s very tight and the bed is close to the desk. The external shutters were nearly closed and I couldn’t open them, which makes the room dark. "When you pay for a service and it’s 25 degrees outside and you get back to hotel after a long day at show you expect to have a room that the temperature is adequate to get a good nights sleep. The air conditioning was not yet operational. When I asked reception they told me it was not possible. So 5 sweaty nights sleeping with window opened. On the last morning at 7am there was no hot water. So I had to take a cold shower. I understand energy costs are hi in Italy but trying to save but cutting...

"We booked 10 rooms as a group and stayed there for 3 nights. We enjoyed our time there and liked it very much. It’s about 30 mins drive from the center Bologna, and it’s quiet but with a lot going on and especially the Saturday morning market was so much fun! The staff are professional and friendly, good breakfast and dinner. The only thing is since it’s a pretty old hotel, you need to be careful with the furnitures and facilities just not to damage anything. I think we will choose it again if...

"It was fine - nice helpful girls on reception, comfy bed, nice outdoor space with the room. Pool and gym ok. Used both. My only gripe was I booked the room with kitchen facilities and it was completely bare. You had to pay extra for the contents. What a ridiculous idea….disappointing. "
