"I enjoyed the hotel and the lounge!! The bed was comfortable and the shower was relaxing. Unfortunately, I saw a few bugs in the bathroom when I showered. Also, there isn’t a DND sign so housekeeping woke me up daily. "

"Hotel unaware we were VIP so the booking was not updated with it until I mentioned. Construction opposite hotel was not great but did not impact us too much as we were out most of the day. Nice stay overall though. "

"Well appointed room, with friendly staff and open spaces which meant you don't feel claustrophobic. As a parent, there are limited opportunities for children around the hotel, but for a country like Malta, it doesn't take long to find your way to somewhere fun for the children."

"The property was kept clean at all times. The entire staff were courteous and professional in their approach. As the hotel restuarant does not have a good vegetarian option, the chef kindly accomodated us by making us a very good penne arrabbiata. Would like to suggest to have more vetegetarian options for on the dinner menu. A very good stay"

"Building work in front of hotel was a bit of an eyesore however I do appreciate this is only a temporary situation. Tiles In corridor on floor 3 needed some attention as well. However overall I enjoyed the experience at the grand !"
