"الفندق جيد لكن لايوجد السرير غير مريح والإزعاج نتيجة أعمال تكسير داخل الفندق ناهيك عن عدم وجود عوازل للصوت ، طاقم التنظيف مزعجون للغاية من خلال أجهزتهم وفي تبادل الأحاديث بينهم ... "
"The staff were all wonderful, pleasant and very helpful. The 24 hour restaurant is convienent. My room was fine and housekeeping in my room was very good. The condition and cleanliness of the carpet in the main building by the front desk is atrocious."
"Another nice stay here. My wife and I enjoyed the wonderful suite. The breakfast buffet that was included was excellent . The staff at buffet were great. We liked the pool.
I have one issue to bring up. The pool has a no smoking area. We were sitting outside the pool. A man was smoking directly under the “ No smoking sign” right next to us. Incredibly , the pool attendant said nothing to him. It forced me to confront the man. He looked at the sign, looked at me, and continued to smoke. ...
"The hotel is in a good location, but the facility is disgusting. The kitchen staff were very good and attentive but I got sick off the food and saw a large rat run from one side to the other. The front desk staff were not very welcoming. Hot water was just warm. The air con did not cool to set temperature. It was a very bad experience overall. The only highlight was the restaurant waiter but the cleanliness conditions of the restaurant were not acceptable."
"Other staff dont like their job i think
Not friendly staff . Washroom is teriblle
Outdated . Soaking wet floor when we check in . Asking 3x for maintenance but no one is attending.
Toilet is clog.
Never check in again on this hotel
Food is terible ."
"our room was very spacious and clean with alot of toiletries available in the room. My kids enjoyed staying in the bunk beds. The hotel is closed to entertainment ex. casino nearby bars and many different restaurants/food to chose from in the main level."
"Great location 10-15 to airport free airport shuttle if arranged in advance. Ate Ashley at the sunrise restaurant was pretty helpful and energetic.menu and food was great. Buffet breakfast one of the best."
