"Very Disappointing Experience 👎 The only positive aspect of our stay was the comfortable bed. Everything else was disappointing, especially the breakfast.

"Staff were very welcoming and gave great advice on where to go and what to do. Easy parking, safe and secure. 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from bergamo."

"The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! The room was nice (quite small). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious . The bed was comfortable. The only minor issue we found was that it was a little challenging regulating the temperature (specifically, the heat)."
