"Reserved this hotel because of the hot tubs on the roof and checking in they informed they are never available till November sometime. No where does it say that in advertising, only pictures of the hot tubs on the main page. Disappointing. Having said that it was clean and comfortable in a nice town to walk at night."

"This property is stunning and the owners are so accommodating and lovely. The restaurant was closed both nights we were there so it was inconvenient but we managed with snacks from a nearby store. Lovely clean rooms and the pool was beautiful. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced...
